About Us

Founded in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China in 2020, CritterComfort is a brand under Mosman Supply Chain Co., Ltd. Its founder, Kendy Zhao, boasts years of experience in pet product development. Kendy shares his life with two cats—a Long-haired Highlander and a Blue Golden Shaded British Shorthair—who not only accompany him closely but also double as occasional product models.

Kendy believes that while industrialization has brought numerous innovations to both humans and animals, all living beings originally come from nature. This philosophy drives her to develop a range of nature-derived products and forge partnerships with local artisans. Despite China’s economic prosperity, some regions in western China have yet to reach the development level of major eastern coastal cities. To support traditional craftsmanship, Kendy leads her team to provinces like Guangxi, Yunnan, and Guizhou to seek out skilled artisans, collaborating with them to create CritterComfort’s offerings.

“We are not a large-scale company, but we still feel obligated to fulfill our social responsibility,” says Kendy. “What we can do is develop as many products as possible with these artisans, providing them with additional income.” Beyond handcrafted items, Kendy leverages his company’s strengths to develop industrialized products, partnering with multiple enterprises and individuals to refine the product portfolio.

For every product sold, CritterComfort donates 1 US dollar to local animal protection organizations. While pets at home receive ample love, wild animals also deserve care and attention. All CritterComfort products—from a single grain of cat litter to a full-sized cat bed—are made with eco-friendly materials. Protecting the green planet is everyone’s responsibility, and we reverence, respect, and safeguard nature.
